1. Introduction
Welcome to Holiday Lighting Pros! By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations when using our services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services
Holiday Lighting Pros provides holiday lighting design, installation, maintenance, and removal services. Our team works with clients to develop customized lighting solutions. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

3. Estimates and Payment
We provide detailed estimates for all projects, which must be reviewed and approved before we begin work. Once approved, a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Final payment is due upon completion of the project. We accept various forms of payment, as specified in your estimate or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Installation and Maintenance
Our team installs lighting using professional-grade materials and equipment, following safety guidelines to ensure a secure and reliable display. Any maintenance needs during the holiday season will be addressed promptly by our team. Clients are responsible for ensuring that installation areas are accessible and safe for our team.

5. Removal
After the holiday season, we will coordinate the timely removal of your holiday lights. Removal will be scheduled within the time frame specified in your service agreement. Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and ensure that Holiday Lighting Pros staff have safe and reasonable access to the property for both installation and removal. Clients agree not to interfere with the installed lights or move, modify, or add to them without consulting us, as this could result in safety risks or additional fees.

7. Liability and Insurance
Holiday Lighting Pros is fully insured and follows safety guidelines during every installation. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or issues with the property that may affect the installation or removal process. Clients agree to release Holiday Lighting Pros from liability for any damages or losses that may arise from factors outside of our control.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled installation may be subject to a cancellation fee. Holiday Lighting Pros reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, photos, and other materials created by Holiday Lighting Pros remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not reproduce, modify, or distribute these materials without our prior consent.

10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your personal information.

11. Amendments to Terms
Holiday Lighting Pros may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
